WHO ARE WE?
In 2008, the three companies that formed ALTO, envisioned a company that can uphold the highest standard of service and cost efficiency though experience and creative problem solving. ALTUS, the ancient latin root of ALTO, commonly used to define music high notes illustrates ALTO vision of a company that leverage on its strong foundation to build a solid future.

WHY ALTO?
Because ALTO understand the hassle of having to go through different authority requirements, submissions, paperworks, comparing different quotations and having to deal with all the technical questions. Past experience in a broad spectrum of projects—private properties to corporate building and industrial projects (on and off shore)—have given ALTO the edge in providing innovative solutions and the expertise in getting work done on-time.

ALTO specialises in rebuilding of landed property but that doesn't mean we just build houses. In recent years, ALTO has been awarded several commercial projects in the area of road works, building restructuring, piping restoration etc. The expansion of our portfolio enrich our experience and further ignite the passion in building home for the future.
